It looks like 10 tickets purchased so far; thats good news, as its been sitting at 5 tickets for a long time. One person is even driving out from Edmonton - thats great! I'm sure people will start to finalize their availability and our numbers will grow quickly.

I sure hope so. I was just asked by a PACNW person if this is a go no matter what as they have put a non refundable deposit on a room.
My response is YES, this is a go no matter what. I have put out many non refundable deposits to support this event so it is a go. The only thing that might change is that the prize money may be smaller for 1-2-3rd place as that is coming from a percentage of the participants.
Other than that if we don't have a huge turnout, those that do come are in for a lot of prizes and gifts as we now officially have a whack of stuff.
To be honest and serious though, I really need at least 50 cars to make this a success as far as my goals to send two kids for two weeks (5K is what it costs).
Please people don't wait and if your staying on the mountain get your rooms booked. If your having issues with that then let me know and I may be able to help you out being more 'local'.

I am talking to one NSX owner that has not confirmed yet but it is Lime Green. I believe we have a Laguna coming and an imola. Should be a nice mix.

I have been asked and this event is a go no matter what. I have put out some non refundable deposits so if not too many people show up that would be bad however those that do will be going home with some great prizes and lots of them...,
Purchase your tickets please...,

I already purchased mine...and hope no one else will. I want some prizes!!!!
No seriously I wanted to raise 5,000.00 for this charity as it costs 2,300.00 per child to go for one week to camp. The extra 200 per child would allow me to purchase some camp supplies as well for each child.
We do have quite a bit of swag now for gifts/prizes and more is coming in by the day as businesses hear about our event. Only one month left though and still so much to do.
All I ask is that if you can pay ahead of time please do as more that pay in advance, more people will sign up as attendance grows I am sure.
Thanks in advance.
Dave
