I got to check it out today, and it looks quite nice in person.

I think for anyone thinking of buying a used one and do not decide to track it, saving up for the '04 is a better idea idea as it is more comfortable and relaxing to drive everyday.

Can you believe that when we went there the other night, the salesman said that the '04 s2k was not available because the manager takes it home and drives it every night!

There is a spot it looked like in the showroom inside, some balloons are reserving the spot...but there is actually no brand new '04 S2k. Because the only one they decide it has to be driven first by the manager?

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but wouldn't it be better to have their only 04 model s2k in the showroom than have it as the manager's car?? (We were there around 8pm 2 nights ago)

 

Yap George(?) drives it everyday. Isn't it nice to be a dealership manager?

One thing I noticed was that the top goes down much better in the cold. I'm guessing they strengthened the straps that pull the top bar down.

i love that rear spoiler. better than most aftermarkets that i've seen, and not as boring as the old OEM. The shiny spark plug cover looks bling and the taillights look like a GTR or the old prototype S2K with the 3 large circles. I guess clearning the front corners is goign to be harder now...

 

It was very cold, and keeping my hands from shaking was extremely difficult.

OMG! I went this afternoon to check it out since it's never there in the evenings....and I got so bugged!!

I actually had to sit in the salesman's office just to get a look at it!!!!! Get this, the guy's like, "if you look at it, drive it, and you like it, can we work out the appraisal and paperworks after?". (He knew I had a red S2000) Seriously, I almost just walked out of there. What a pushover!!!!!! I hate sales people like that....grrwwww.

Oh, and worst of all, you know what he said to me as I was just about to go back to my car?
He whispers in my ear, "honestly, I think you would look more beautiful in yellow, than you would in your RED s2000".

Can you believe that? I'm a chick!!!! Chicks always look good in red!!!! Yellow is nice too, but who would think a chick wouldn't look good in red though?? And Ruby was like right there too. Talk about inconsiderate!!

 

What a retarded salesperson. He's gonna lose his job pretty soon, no worries!
