Hi guys I was looking at getting a test pipe for my car. Right now it has a Greddy Evo 2 exhaust, if I put a test pipe on my car would I get a CEL? I googled around and some people said the earlier AP1's dont get a CEL if a test pipe is put in. Only the later models 02+ AP1 and all AP2 will. Is that true can anyone confirm?

 

if you have CEL fix, you wont get a CEL, CEL lights are more frequent with 06+ s2k's

a cel fix simply puts the o2 sensors farther away so its not in the way of the exhaust

its extra hard ware. most Test pipes come with a CEL fix

its a easy fix , u can buy the spark plug non-fouler at any lorco around 15- 20 bucks

no need to buy a fancy test pipe cel fix from any aftermarket parts dealer as they are just ripping you off

let me know if u need any help making the cel fix

 

Any made for an S2000 should work.
