Default AutoX discussion thread

Since I had everyone going off topic in the other thread, here's a thread for autoX talk.

I guess I'll finish these tires first before I upgrade to something that has more grip.

Who's going to autoX with UBCSCC on June 29th?

The BC Driving center is going to be fully booked that weekend, I'll be at an autocross with the Porsche and Corvette clubs on the 28th.

I'll be going down to Packwood, WA for the Pro-solo and Regional double header weekend, so I'll miss out on Pitt Meadows this week.

i envy all of you autox'ers...being able to afford tires and brakes, etc. all the time.

I cant even save up for one mod lol.

Gotta stop eating out so much.

Autocross doesn't cost me anything other than gas and the entrance fee, you only need expensive mods if you're determined to gain that little edge over your competitors. Most clubs use a rating system that discourages excessive modification anyways.

I thought AutoX would be more expensive than the amount posted. It's actually a very reasonable price. I guess it's an excellent way to learn the characteristics of your car.
