If you are changing at regular intervals I really don't think it matters too much. I use Royal Purple but some here say it is overkill.

What mods do you have on your car?
What type of use, just regular DD, short trips where the car drives less than 5 minutes?
Track/high temp/high RPM use?

How long of interval between change?

I have Eneos in my car right now but I think I'll be switching to Motul for the next oil change.

I also have the fumoto oil drain valve that makes changing oil a breeze. Works really well.

Motul is great, but i have found little to no noticeable difference using CDN tire Motomaster synthetic or Quaker.

i run either 0w40 or 5w50 generally.
