Default CEL, and O2 Sensor - good place to get it?

So a CEL popped up the other day and when I pulled the code, I found the following:

P0141 --------------- Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Sensor 2)

I have to wait til the weekend to pull the sensor to see if the problem is as simple as replacing the sensor itself. Seems likely, so in the event that I will be replacing it, where do you guys recommend I get it?

I've never had to buy one of these things before, is it something you can get at Lordco? Not wanting to go to the dealership as last time I went, I paid 4x the price to buy the same iridium NGK plug Canadian Tire carried but in Honda packaging.

Would it make sense to actually get an O2 simulator or something instead? I plan on running a test pipe at some point and it occurs to me that I might need that in the future anyway?
