There have been a few people who have expressed interest in meeting up with all the folks coming in from out-of-town for the West Coast meet. For those of you who are interested, most of the group is planning on arriving the afternoon of Friday, July 6th. We are planning to meet at the hotel (Best Western on North Road) and then we'll head out for a little pre-meet dinner/drinks gathering.

If you would like to join us, please chime in on this thread so that I can get an idea of how many people we are looking at. I imagine that dinner will be around 6:30 to 7:00ish. Please let me know who you are and how many will be coming with you.

As numbers get firmed up, I will be able to provide more info with respect to exact meeting time and the restaurant.

 

sweet, meeting place is like 1 minute away from my house. I'll be in if we get a group.

 

I probably won't be able to go for the full trip anymore because of work, so I'll definitely try and make the dinner at least. I'll confirm by sunday.
