FS: 85 Porsche 944
If anyone knows anyone that is interested going to sell my 944. It has been sitting in my garage since I bought the S2000 and I'm feeling bad. Not in a hurry to sell though.

Ya I paid more than that for the transmission..., It has a stereo with two 10 " subs and Boston Accustic mids with a Kicker 25 for the sub and Clarion 200 for the mids. That alone cost me close to 2K.
It isn't that I want to sell it I just don't want to see if delapidate because of not being used. I may just do some work to it and give it to my son if someone doesn't take it quick.
Custom Mustang metalic cherry red paint as well. Tri coat. I always get comments on the color.

Maintenance is the key. It all depends on how picky you are. I was very picky and only replaced parts with genuine Porsche parts which of course you don't have to do. I did a tune up (oil and fluids and checkup) twice a year to the tune of about $160.00 each.
The rest of it is as things need work. All the major work is done on this car though with the exception of the breaks. The car has sat in my driveway for 8 months as well so I assume it has a few sitting issues. I was going to change the oil and take it out for a spin this weekend to make sure all is good.
I wanted $4500 for it but decided to drop the price so the new owner could use the 1K to fix up anything that has gone wrong because of sitting. That and if I think about it too long I won't sell it so I'm looking for a quick sale. I had this car up last year for 1 month asking 5,500.

Bump!! Good luck Dave! I'll spread some words in my office and network on cars fans (those don't have S2k so not on here, haha)
Funny thing was that as soon as I saw the title "FS: 85 Porsche 944" in the threads list, I thought "hey, Dave has this car listed in his siggy... is he selling??"

Yup gonna sell if it goes fast before I can think too much about it. Love the car and hate to see it sit.
Musn't be asking enough..., I have had a bunch of interest already...,
