Default Hit a skunk..

So I hit a skunk... and instead of going under the car it decided to get lodged in my bumper. So it was probably in there for an hour before we were able to get it out (it was stuck in there good) and the odor had plenty of time to circulate through my car and bake in the engine bay.

So has anyone one else experienced this? How do i get rid of the smell

oooo thats nasty!!!!

I ran over a dead skunk on the road and my car smelled for like 2 weeks or so and then it went away.

But in your case, it might be worse.

Sorry to hear about your incident. I have no solutions for you but hopefully it goes away soon..

I wanted to yack when i smelled it.

The white dryer sheets is called Bounce. You might want to change your cabin filter as well.

Well, there's always the old-school method of getting rid of skunk smell: wash your car in tomato juice!
