sorry to hear that man, I have owned 2 convertables and always been scared as hell of that happening. I would actually leave the doors to my 03 miata unlocked quite often whith NOTHING inside. I would say once every 3 months someone would get in, open the dash and ruffle through things. They never had anything to take really. However with my S I am worried about my seats and so forth. Good luck with your repairs!

Rich, this is Rich, hahah. Well, kodokan sells these pretty innovative "seat locks" if you're interested. PM him. But yeah. Sucks ass.

damn man..that sucks....ive had my top cut open once a long time ago.

costs so much to replace. good luck though

Yeah, $2600 installed at the local dealership. Looks like I'll be takin the money and doin it myself. Damn.

Sh*t sorry bout your top bro.. can't you just pay your deductible to the insurance company and have them fix it? must've been a junkie if they wanted that 5 cent can that bad...

Yeah, it'll cover it but Id rather have the insurance pay ME to do it rather than give it up to someone else to do it right?? I'll pay the deductible and hopefully find the top on here or somewhere somewhat inexpensive and pay myself to do it. =more many for parts too right??? Hahah.
