Every 5000 km's if I am just daily driving. If i am tracking or autoX'ing, then i am a little more frequent.

Personally I like the mobil 1... but everyone will have there own favorite... As long as it is fully synthetic I think it should be ok.... It is probably about 10.00$ a litre or 45.00$ for a 5 litre for mobil 1 if I remeber correctly????

Most people on s2ki will probably use 5k as their interval. Of course it varies with how aggressively you drive. I probably will change more often in summer because I VTEC a lot more often. Just a heads up though, Mobil 1 in Canada is different from the ones they get in the States. Different in terms of being worse.
