has anyone ordered tires from tire rack? I want to know what the import duties are.
I'm going to get some v710's this week but don't know if I should get them in canada or order them.
anyone know were you can get them in vancouver?

suppose to be around 20% tax + duties. If they're lazy and don't go find out these tires are made in Korea, it'll be just 14% for you.
OK tire or PDM Racing can get them for you in Canada. You should ask this on vcmc.ca forum.
What size are you getting? 225 F and 265R?

thanks, I posted something on there. dosn't sound like
getting the tires is going to be all that fast through their group buy.
I'm going to go with the 225f/265r, any coments on this set up?

yeah, then just order then through TireRack's 3 day express.
for 710, 225F/265R is a good choice. The best size is 225/245, but only VictoRacer available in that size. 265's large diameter will slow you down in some tight corners, but since 710's are much better tires, you'll be still better off even on 265.
