2 months, no product, no refunds, have not responded to my PM's despite reading them.

Can someone call him, and get me a refund. It's only 20+ USD but its the principle.

i know him. hes legit man. he lives across me. i'll let him know that u pm'd him....hes a busy man...he's some high level management in a hotel.

If someone was Legit it means they would give you refund. Being a scammer/illegit would mean they would be not giving this guy a refund, so please read what he wrote carefully before replying with this guy's legit, no one ever questions he is legit, I know Eric is a legit guy meaning he doens't do shady things, and it's not like he's a poor guy.
All Back-crackers is saying is he wants a refund since he never received the product after 2 months. If anyone of us bought something from someone in California for $20 and expected the product or refund after 2 months and the person didn't contact us what do you think we would do? (I'm sure most of us would post in the California section to ask for a refund or where this guy was) 2 months is more than enough time for something so insignificant.

Back-cracker hope the "principle" is taken care of.

He did send me a PM on Dec 6th saying that it will be there in 1.5 weeks or else he'd issue a refund. I waited and thought maybe... Xmas takes longer .. but now its 1/10/07..
