Update:
Meeting time and place is 7:30am at Ironwood Plaza (5 Road at Steveston Hwy), in front of McDonald's.
Departure time is 8am sharp.
We will be meeting up with the PNW crew at Sunset Square in Bellingham and will be departing from there for Mt. Baker.

Where: Mt. Baker

Not sure of our route, we were just going to follow the WA guys. 
. According to google maps it takes about 1/2 hour to get to Wa542/547. If we don't leave until 9:30 from Sunset Sq. we won't arrive until closer to 10; depends on the border lineup.
