ive been doing alot of searching and talking to ben/dickson at ajr....im going to be saving up for the T1R B Max Coilovers....i believe they cost like 1200 or so. i havent seen anyone complain about them yet.
alot of owners get the buddy club racing spec N+ or whatever or the KW Variant 3, Bilstein PSS9, tein flex with EDFC.
its time consuming but..search for all those and see which one suits your needs.
the t1r coilovers im saving up for are for street and then the occasional track on weekends...i prob wont be tracking my car anytime soon...but i do alot of aggressive driving around town and its my daily driver.

i have tein superstreet springs in mine. It was a good 1.5" drop but settled a lil more. 
Feels pretty close to stock and I only paid a cpl hundred $$ for them.. i'm more than happy but it depends on what you need it for
