FWIW, last weekend the lineup at the border was 1.5 hours, this was around though. Someone should check the border info this weekend to see what the lineup is like around 9:30-10ish.

I don't think so. When sumaznguy transports his tires, I recall he puts one in the trunk and three on his passenger seats! You could always see if someone is willing to transport one for you.
