I am a local writer looking for a local S2000 for a brief, informal photoshoot for an article on the car's 20th anniversary. Would prefer relatively stock, but can work with mild mods. This would be for Road & Track online.

Hi Brendan, Are you looking for just one car to shoot? Also were abouts are you thinking? I can bring my CR out, I wasn't planning on insuring it next weekend though. Visually, on the outside, only the exhaust is not stock.

 

Ooh, a CR, that'd do nicely! When do you usually insure it for the season? I don't want to put anyone out unduly, but was hoping to tidy this away sooner rather than later with the Tokyo Salon car shown relatively recently.

 

It's weather dependent, but my plan was always to insure mid-Febraury, and hope for some sunny days!
