Sure, from the speed and acceleration standpoint. The Ruckus you can ride w/ your regular driver's license, and insurance is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. I pay about $500 a year.

Well actually you need a helmet which you can get a cheapie one or a fancier one. I got mine for like $80 or something.
You guys are welcome to try mine if you're considering buying one. I live about 15mins east of UBC.
