I just did my first service in Regency Honda, i think they did ok at least my engine is still very clean, and the inside of my car is also clean. They ask me if i need a car wash and i said no since i am in a hurry. Their attitude is normal nothing special. Anyone else been to Regency?

and is richmond honda really that bad? even just to do the service they might mass up u r car?

I was at Richmond honda, a few weeks ago for a regular oil change. The service advisor was great, very knowledgeful. However it did not make me look over that a regular oil change took over 4 hours to complete. I had some warrantee issues in regards to my auto down window mechanism which was covered under my extended warrantee but they did not have the papers that i was even covered by an extended warrantee considering i bought the car from them.

Over all, i'm not upset at the service, but was not happy with it. My extended warrantee might only be good there so i am almost required to go back there for servicing.

I was sold the wrong DIFFERENTIAL Fluid from a dealer in Vancouver. If anyone has had their car in for a fluid change or bought fluid from any Honda dealer you better check your receipt and insure you got the right stuff. They sold me the CRV DIFF fluid. I had to press them for a fluid flush.

Which dealer was it? This would be helpful to know...

I still have to see if my diff holds up as the wrong fluid was in there for a few months. They acknowledged their mistake but the service manager still tried to leave me the task of changing the fluid as they didn't put it in ,they just sold it to me. If any problems arise I'll have no problem taking legal action as I have documentation to prove their negligence.
