March 13th Meet
So far John/Donna (Mid Isle S2K) and I are going to the meet in Vancouver. There are over 30 cars registered and it will be a meet with a cruz organized by the Vancouver crew. Their meets usually end up pretty big and there are some great people over there, if you can make it over I would suggest you do. We are just going for the day.
Details:
I will be meeting up with Mid Isle S2K at 5:30am at the Spensor Shell Station at Spensor Rd and the highway. We will head to Tim Horton's at the Save On Foods shopping complex to meet up with esstwothousand at 6:00am
Is anyone else coming along? If so please let me know and we will meet with you as well at the Tim Horton's at 6:00am. We will leave Tim Hortons no later than 6:15.
I encourage anyone that is wondering what a large meet is like to come along. I went to the Epic 2008 in November and I was hooked. There is something special about seeing 60+ cars all together and seeing what individuals are doing with their cars to personalize them. And again nothing like looking out your front window to see the butt ends of 10 S2000's in front of you and look in the rear with another 10-12 behind you. It is truly an amazing thing. Lastly, the Massey Tunnel. Man that is the coolest sound ever. There are some backyard mechanics and some very good mechanics and some hobbiests but no matter there are always people that know the cars and can answer any questions, and everyone is very friendly. Either way you will find answers to your questions. Hope some of you can make the trip with us.
