I recently got a p0420 CEL on my car. catalyst below efficiency level (bank 1). took it to honda, my nice friends there told me I had a bad CAT. well my car is 2 months out of the warranty range and i need a new one. The job was 900 total quoted by honda, so i figured id get a HFC instead for less money and a nice little pony gain.
