im not sure what area to post this in... just wondering if anyones bought anything from midwesta before.

i purchased an oem header from him about 3 days ago. he said he shipped it. but i havent gotten a tracking number and he's not replying to his pm's

he's got a sponsor label.

has anyone done good trades with him before?

i know mail dont ship on the weekends so im not expecting the header till monday or tuesday but i was just wondering.

 

I've sold parts to him and talked to him on the phone. He's a cool dude.

thanks for the info. im not trying to raise suspision he was a very polite person during the transaction. i've just been scammed alot before total of about 2 grand so i tend to get a little nervous.

That's the good thing about this forum. You can do some pretty good homework about members if you want, and the community is small enough that it is relevant.

Midwesta is a good guy, and part of a Chicago area shop that has a presence and rep to keep. It's likely his delay was because they were off at an event or show. He's called me on weekends to walk me through issues at the last moment, keeping me from losing track time.

Good guy.
