Guys okay I've been scammed by a guy name David Shelly on here I think he said 400 for a good bare block, deal was that I give him half the money "which I did" 200 bucks than once I receive the block pay him the rest but its been 4 days now and I hear nothing from him, what should I do, paid through western union money gram?
