Is it a pain in the ass to take a motor out? I swapped my previous del sol with a type r and it wasn't taht bad... but id ont know about the s2000.

well heres how i'd figure it, your motor's no bueno as it is now.. so it has to come out eventually.. might as well take the time now to learn a bit about your motor, and cut down on shop labor. i never dropped the motor of an s2k either, but from the way it looks it looks like there is a lot of clearance to work with.

yeah my motor is definitely no bueno. time for a motor swap. it's just tough now, either peice together a long block or fork out the cash and buy one. im doing all the labor myself though.

I have all working engine parts - head, block, pistons, crank...
If you dropped some valves not only are your pistons torn up - you probably have scored walls as well. I can send you a good block with working pistons and we can work out a good price for you.
