I’ve been a Honda fan ever since college, when I took a Thanksgiving road trip to Denver with some buddies. We had a 1986 Accord with a five speed, and compared to my hand-me-down Oldsmobile, it was nothing short of a revelation! The Honda was light, fun to drive, and good on gas. The return trip saw eighteen inches of snow, and while semi trucks and lots of other vehicles were in the ditch, the Honda tracked straight and true and saw us home safely. I’ve had a 1990 Integra and now an ‘04 TSX, and recently decided to sell my motorcycle (Honda, naturally) and get an S2000. Just missing out on a local (I’m in Minnesota) 2004 stock RYP confirmed that a Rio Yellow Pearl AP2 v1 is the sweet spot for me. If anyone is considering selling theirs and would like to see it go to an appreciative home, please reach out. Once I get one I’ll most likely keep it for the duration, so while low miles and stock are preferred, my main criteria is that the car is mechanically sound and drives as it should.
