Are the AP2 and AP1 Fenders Different?

i didn't think they were different but i was just saying that to be specific it's a drivers side fender that i need to replace. i'm debating whether to try and fix it or just replace it because the paint was chipped off a lot and it rusted underneath. just testing the waters now to see how much another fender would be.
