The YA9140A appears to be a $nap-On product and perhaps superseded by the YA9140B for several hundred dollars.
Any of these work?

That link took me to valve keeper removal tools. A socket and hammer should do that truck.
Does anyone know what size socket fits on the valve retainers?
And yes, Blue Point is a SnapOn line.

I have one I'll sell you for $50 shipped.
I'd heavily recommend it. There is no chance to loose cotters as the magnet is so strong it sucks them in. Then with the secondary adapter you can install them the same way.
I removed a whole set of retainers in under 10 minutes.
