WTB : K24 HEAD OR K20A HEAD

i will be receiving a K24 motor with a blown head from a friend of mine who wants to put either a k24 head back on it or a k20a head for the frank. but im not sure if this is something that worth it or not. so any prices and opinions are appreaciated. thanx.
