i'm trying to pick up a sport bike within the next month or so.
if anyone has a sport bike that they're trying to get rid of PM me with a price and pictures.

i'm willing to travel to anywhere in California and pick the bike up.
i have cash in hand and i only want a bike with a clean title, no salvaged bikes unless you're going to cut me a good deal. you must have the pink slip in hand. i don't wanna deal with the headache of paying someones loan off and waiting 4-6 weeks to get it in the mail. i wanna show up, hand you the money and take the bike along with the pink slip.
the bike needs to be in good working condition and it needs to be registered in CA.

don't hit me up and say you'll give it to me with leathers/gloves/helmet, etc... for $xxxx
i don't need any of that stuff so give me your price for just the bike.

i would like the bike to have been serviced recently especially if i'm riding it back to Southern California from say San Francisco or something like that.

don't want anything older than 1997.

don't want any "street fighters".

thinking about it the R1 a lot.
the only problem is that a lot of the people that are selling them are asking for a whole lot of money.
on average people are asking for a 2001 or 2002 R1 is about $7000.

if i going to spend that much on a 4-5 year old bike i might as well tack on another $1500-2000 on top of that money and get a new CBR600RR.
