I have a 2006 Rio Yellow Pearl with under 15,000 miles on the odometer. Never modified until it had 10,000 miles on it, and it has only:

Espelir exhaust
Skunk2 full coilover (threaded shock body / dampening adjustable)
Volk RE30 wheels w/ Nitto Invo tires (less than 5,000 miles on the wheels and tires)
ARC shift knob
OEM front lip spoiler
Aftermarket radio head unit

All OEM parts are included, including OEM wheels, exhaust and suspension. I am the original owner, and I bought the car new with the least amount of dealer miles I could find (I believe it was around 10 miles on the odometer). I've never raced the car, and the car was only occasionally driven. My car has never been parked outside for more than a day, and it's never been driven in the rain or driven outside within a week of rain. I have the clean title in hand as well, so you don't have to wait for the bank to transfer it.

I'm asking $25,000 for the car with everything included (all aftermarket and OEM parts). "Good" condition KBB private party is $24,000+, and I'd rate my car in "very good" (reserving the "excellent"rating for a car that has zero modifications). Finding these cars from original owners with low mileage is already hard, and it's only becoming more difficult.
