I am already planning to buy a s2000 in another state for 20k.

The planned date to buy the s2000 is next saturday. I am willing to buy a different s2000 if it is priced right in California.

I have a 2006 Rio Yellow Pearl - 11,000 miles, no mods until 500 miles ago - I installed Skunk2 Pro-C coilovers, Volk RE30 17x9" Mag Blue Wheels and Espelir Catback exhaust. All parts are brand new and high quality. I also have the stock exhaust and stock suspension (stock suspension has only 10k miles).

I'll take $20,000 as is. I'm the original owner, the car was not abused, and it's been stored inside, always. I don't park under trees because I don't want sap on the paint. I don't take my car to car washes, etc.
