WTB used Supercharger/Turbo kit in Europe.

I am looking to buy 'preferably complete' turbo/supercharger kit for my 1999 JDM AP1. If anyone can help or point me where to search... I am based in Cyprus and im looking to buy it within EU so i don't have to pay import duty etc. There are 2 kits available locally, one is the "Greddy turbo kit" which is 5000Euro with the AEM EMS, other one is the "HKS Supercharger kit" which is well over 5000.. both without fuel upgrades. I am hoping to find something in the range of 2500EU.
