Would I be able to run a 245/40 tire in the front with those 17x9+22? I have 20mm wide front fenders with the inners shaved and not running any fender lining.

thats a 215 tire on stock rolled fender with liner... i think you could most def do a 235/40 and possibly a 245 for sure!
