16" rpf1's
The 16's don't come in the best offsets (+38 for 8", +43 for 7").
If you want to stay with 16s, Tire Rack has Sport Edition F7s in 16x7.5, +50mm offset, 17 lb., for only $86!
Might be worth asking if they are TUV/DOT/JWL certified. These are the first "Sport Edition" wheels I've seen that are actually relatively lightweight. And they look good, too. For $86, they almost seem too good to be true...

Yup. Do be aware that there will *always* be people out there who'll suggest the most ridiculous of offsets. For me, +45 min, and preferably more. If you *really* want RPf1's, get 17's in max offset (+45).
i was thinking about rear fender over's somthing like asm would 8 38 be a problem then. then also would 7 43's be an issue under stock front fenders or do i need to keep wheel shopping cause i want to keep 16's
I'd keep shopping. Here are Tire Rack's 16" wheels for the S:

There are a few good options in there.
Rota Slipstreams come in 16x7/16x8" in +48.
I'm on used SSR Integral A2's in 16x7/16x8 +45, there are probably a lot of other discontinued 16s that will work.
