Default 17in. front, 18in. rear...

I've seen some owners running with 17 inch wheels in the front and 18 inches in the rear.

Is this just for looks or is there any performance benefits to this setup that I'm not aware of?

Just for looks. Some cars are set up to have a lower profile tires on one axle. That would not be the case with your car. You would end up with more under steer is my guess. I would just say go with 18" all the way around.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you
