17x8 +40 fitment
This is not another will it fit thread. I searched and searched and never found an exact answer on this fitment. I found 17x8.5 +40 and +35. A bunch of other random sizes and offsets.
The exact rim is an enkei rp03 17x8+40 square setup.
The car is lowered about an 1 1/2" in the rear and maybe an 1 3/4" the front. With a simple roll in the front and a roll and tab relocation in the back it fits perfect and looks flush. It will not work without a roll and tab relocation unless at stock height. I am running Michelin pilot super sports 245/40/17 all the way around. I am also on stock ap2 alignment and Could not be happier with the results. So for anyone else wondering now you know.

Correct it is a half inch narrower. I am still running the exact same tire. I was looking at the gain up front. Which is an inch and now running a 245 instead of a 215. I feel the car sits even better then when I upgraded from ap1 rims. Also each rim is now only 17lbs so I am saving weight at every corner. Getting rp03s for only 200 bucks was to good to pass up.
