Default 17x8 +48

Can anyone tell me what are the largest tire sizes I can put on a 17x8 +48 wheel with stock fenders? and also with rolled/pulled fenders?

Thanks

Depends on your camber, too. I'll assume a good amount of negative camber (like -2)

Stock fenders:
Front - 215s
Rear - 245s

Rolled fenders:
Front - 225s
Rear - 255s

I think it's too hard to say with pulled fenders, b/c it depends on how much you're going to pull them. These aren't hard and fast either, just my experiences (I ran 17x8 +45 fronts with 225s, dropped on Espelir ASDs, with like -1.5 camber and I was rubbing with stock fenders).

hmm isee.. so the only way to say get 245's or 255's all around (with this wheels sizing) would be to buy aftermarket front fenders..

Actually, I think I miscalculated. According to the wheel fitment guide, you would need a +63 offset on stock, unmodified fenders to run a 245 tire. Rolling the fender will give you an extra 10-15mm of clearance, so that plus about -2.5 camber, and you should have no problemo.

Is it even possible for a +48 in the rear with stock fenders?

Maybe with a 235. Definitely with a 225.

looks like I need to get rear over fenders if I even want a possibility to go 245/255's all around.
