Default 17x9.5 +38 On All Four Corners

Hi guys, I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I thought I'd ask anyways. I am looking at the Work XD9's in a 17x9.5 +38 255/40/17 setup. Is it possible to run this on all four corners if I relocate the bumper tab and roll the fenders? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

A few people have ran this setup before with RPF1s. The forum member "//steve\\" had this setup. He ended up doing a full flare on the fronts. And I remember him saying it was a pain to get them to fit out back. Tons of trimming off the bumper, and lots of rolling.

You can get them to fit though. And it also comes down to your suspension setup(spring rate), and how low you are.

Thanks Fish, I'll PM steve and see what I can do. I'm not sure if it's even worth the trouble. The reason why I'm wanting to do the 9.5" rim is because that's the only size that has a 68mm lip (according to the Works Wheels sizing chart).

My suggestion is to run these in the rear, and go less aggressive up front. Less lip up front with an 8, 8.5 or possibly a 9" and go with a 235 or 245. The front is your biggest challenge, besides running the same big lip up front doesn't look as good. Bigger in the back! Its not a all wheel drive car, its a rear wheel drive. Look at my sig for example.

255 on a 9.5" is proper fitment. Slight stretch, which is ideal.

Run -3 camber in the back.

This is on a 255/40/17 NT01. -3 Camber all around. If you're running a track setup and aren't slammed, then yes, they will work. No rubbing either. Wasn't a pain to fit since we have the best fender roller available to us in Socal.

I ran this same setup too.. fronts are rolled and pulled a touch, rears are rolled with a very slight pull, bumper tab relocate blah blah.. I tnhink this is acrtually an ideal setup for an s2000 thats not slambified and retarded
