Default 18" SSR comp are on the car

They are light... 18X9" with 255/35-18 Kumho 712's come in at 47 lbs. Picking up stock setup and these back to back, the SSR is much lighter.

Here are a few pictures... please excuse the poor quality, I left my nikon 990 at my g/f so had to use a 4 year old digicam. I'll have bigger and better pictures next week.

Thanks Jim.

wait a minute..........

i thought the wheel itself was only 18 or 19 pounds?

that would put the tire at 26 or 27 pounds!

does that make sense?

i'm just curious as i wil be ordering these today/tomorrow......

my GT1's are pretty light also, but i thought comps were MUCH lighter then the GT1's even.

The tire coming in at that weight is very reasonable. Hoosiers are 20lbs.

Yeah, tires aren't light... I know typically low profile tires can get heavy.

Shingles,

Those wheels look awesome! I'm torn between those and the Volk GT-Ns.

I just got a set of these for my silverstone and they look awesome. After seeing how clena your ride is, I'm going out the door to give mine some TLC

Shingles,
Nice! Glad that these wheels worked out better!
Yeah, tires are heavy! My SO-3 rears are about that weight too!
