Default 18" Wheels on stock suspension

Hey All,

I'm going to be buying some new wheels soon for my s2k; I want to put 18 inch deep dish chrome wheels on it.

Question - What sizes of 18" Wheels will fit on stock suspension??

is 18x7.5 all around ok?
is 18x8 all around ok?
is 18x8 on the rear and 18x7.5 on the front preffered?

I take it that I will have to roll the guards so that they fit without rubbing?

Also with each of these rims - what is the minimum and maximum offset that must be used on the rims??

Would appreciate some feedback - I dont want to buy rims then find out that they dont fit!!!

You wont be able to get a "deep dish" on an S2000 without a widebody because of the offset. You can get the same widths as OEM wheels an fit fine depending on the offset. The max i would say is 18x7.5 +45 Front 18x8.5 +50 rear MAXIMUM. I have seen 18's in those widths with very slightly lower offsets used, and they dont stick out, but they rub.

Obviously you can change the width and offset to suit what you want.

18X7.5 +50
18X8.5 +63

This is what im Running. SSR GT1 and Yoko ES100's

18x8 48mm offset Front - 225-40-18 tires
19x9 55mm offset Rear - 255-35-18 tires

Not deep dish, but if you can find deep dish this size then
No rubbing problems at all

seeing how tugz s2k's looks with the lower offsets makes me doubt if i went too high +50/+63.
more than likely, i'll need springs to get the look. anyone have suggestions on alignment camber settings?

s2000craze, your wheels are the perfect size. Offsets like TUGZ' make lowering more difficult
