Default 18" Work Meister 3pc wheels on GPW

When I was considering the purchase of these wheels, I could not find ANY pictures of a GPW S2000's with these wheels, but I did find lots of threads requesting pictures. Now that I have them, I figured I'd post some pictures for those that might be looking in the future.

NOTE: I am not a photographer or art in any way. I just took these pictures today outside the hospital where my wife is staying. I realize that the sun was very low in the horizon, so I'll take some more early in the day tomorrow.

I'm considering a drop, but I haven't figured out what the best method will be. I was VERY dissapointed with the JIC FLTA2 coilovers I had on my '02 S2000 since they didn't have enough damper travel, and I don't want to spend the huge bucks that the "good" coilovers cost.

The sizes are:

18x8 +56 225/40-18
18x10 +68 285/30-18

I will probably lower it some, but I can't drop it too much without scraping on my driveway.

The problem with the cheap coilovers for the S2000 is that the internal reservoirs on the rear dampers dictate a short damper travel. You have to choose between hitting the bump stops or hyper-extending the piston. They also cause inconsistent dampening on the track since the oil in the undersized reservoirs overheat during long track sessions. I don't know of a set of coilovers for less than $2K that have external reservoirs to prevent these two issues.

Nice wheels! Love 'em!

I have the same tires and I like them. Not that many S2000 guys run them. How do you like them?
