18x8 +20 fitment issue?
I have a friend that's selling a set of 18x8+20 TSWs
I am lowered on Buddy Club coils, I don't mind raising it a bit but how can I get this to fit? And what are the best tire sizes to go with it? I don't want any clipping.

I can tell you have just done a HUGE amount of research and reading on your own. I am sure you read the wheel fitment faq and have read many threads about what other people are running on their car. And since you did that you somehow still needed to ask about these wheels so I will answer your question.
Roll the absolute hell out of your fenders, run 235's all the way around and run 2.5-3 degrees of camber. Even if you do all of this it is not going to be easy and you will still have the risk of it looking like ass and damaging your fenders. Just to clarify most people run the 9 inch wide versions of this wheel with a +60 or higher offset.
Also instead of asking us if he is your friend why not just test fit them on the car? That would answer your question pretty fast.

Guys, new direction:
say if I want to pick up a set of cheap Enkei's 17x7 and 8 +45 on both. What's the recommended size on tires for them? Tirerack says 205/50 and 225/45..which sounds a little weak imo..

OEM Ap2 wheels are 17x7 front 17x8.5 rear. Look for wheels that are at least this width that way you can actually run a 245 or 255 tire in the rear.
On the ones you listed you can run a 215/45 front and a 235/40 rear. You might be able to cram a 245/40 on the rear but it would be better on an 8.5 inch wheel.
