Default 18x8 +40 non staggered

I have a nfr MY01 with an apex n1 exhaust so the rear of my car sits slightly higher than stock. I recently purchased a set of 4 18x8 +40 Voxx MGR's for $75 from a friend. I had a set of 4 215/45/18 kumho spts that I found in a scrap pile at a local dealership. I figured with the width and offset from what i researched here on that these tires would not work on the front so i purchased 2 215/35/18 tires for the front. Could i have fit a 215/40/18 or 225/40/18 on the front? Also should the 215/45/18 fit on the rear temporarily? I am wanting to lower my car with an Eibach Pro-kit springs what tires will i need to run to lower the car 1.0". Whats the biggest widest tires i can run lowered versus non lowered. I do not want to roll my fenders or add any negative camber as I allready know adding camber messes up your tires pretty bad and I drive this car on the street and don't have much money. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

this is very tricky since the offset is low and the wheels are not that wide. personally i would roll the rear and front fenders because no matter what you do it will rub because of ur offset. I have all 45 offsets on my car and I had to roll my fenders. U will get negative camber as soon as u lower ur car, there is no avoiding that. U might have to run staggered tires meaning you might need to get 225 in front and 245 in the back. roll ur fenders dude thats the only way i can see this working. good luck.
