Default Rubbing issues?

I am about to order tires for my 17x7.5 and 17x8.5 TE-37's. Just wondering what size tires are recommended. Will 225/45 and 255/40 tires casue any rubbing? by the way I am lowered about 2 inches all around on Tein Flexs. Do you think I should downsize the width to 215's and 245's?

It would really depend on the offset of the wheels.
