Wouldn't a 2" drop cause your wheel to be tucked underneath the fender? If this is the case then yes, you will rub during hard cornering or large bumps.

no.. only on very hard cornering... you'll have more of an issue of the tire hitting (bottoming out) under your fender as oppossed to rubbing on the outside edge of your fender...

i don't get the point of such a huge drop. it doesn't make it go faster or give you better control, or does it? i think you'll have more problems than you will enjoying it. why not say a 1.5 drop?
