Best offset for AP2

Default Best offset for AP2

Im looking for some 17x7.5 front and 17x9 rear, so far i have eibach springs on my stock shocks, dropped around 1 inch or so..... Im wondering wut's the best offset size i should get, so it wont kill my handling. One more question, wut's roll fender?? Sry about noob questions

im not sure what the "best" offset is but 44 for the 9 inch and 47 for the 7 inch looks really good.

rolling the fender is making more room for the rim/tires on the fender side. it makes it so you can get the tire really close to the fender with out them touching. you do it by folding back that one inch piece of metal that sicks out on the inside of the rear fender. you could also cut it but i think that doing it that way is more risky. i hope that makes sense.

Fender rolling is the process of bending the inner lip of a fender with a tool or device to prevent the tire from rubbing against the sheet metal. This is usually done to allow the fitment of non-spec wheels which have different offset's or width's then stock ones.



...thats a tool used to roll the fenders without cutting

Um... heh.... well, forget the word "best", i just want something like wont scrub the fender, and wont kill my handlin, but to improve it.

Thanks for the useful infos guys

Wut are some good wheels out there are light weight, and not too expensive?

the RPF-1 is a popular choice. good quality, light, and an array of sizes.
about half the cost of similar quality wheels too

one of my old neighbors rolled the fenders on his comaro with a baseball bat(he was very much a do it yourselfer), i would NOT recomend this, but i thought i would just through that in there.
