Default 215/45/17 Rubbing issues?

Hey guys, im about a week from purchasing some Advan RG's and i wanted to run stock AP2 tire (bridgestone RE050) and tire sizes. 215/45/17F and 245/40/17R but i am afraid i am going to rub. The offsets on the RG's are +48F and +50R. The car is pretty low, so just wanted to see everyone's input. Thank you.

Also what is the ideal tire pressure for the RE050's? i.e S02's are 32front and 35rear (cold)

I've been running fine with that offset and tire size for years. I 'think' I rubbed with 225 ES100's, but the only evidence was a missing liner connector.

i rub on hard compression w/ a 215/45/17 up front on a +48 offset wheel. SO3 tires. i'm lowered to ~1finger wheel gap.

if you want to avoid rubbing and want this tire size, you need to either get a tire that isn't so squarish (toyo, yoko, mich) or run a more aggressive offset than stock.

Hm, but a S03 is a "wider" front tire than OE Spec Potenza RE050 am i correct? Jim@tirerack, any feedback? I already rub on pretty hard compression as well on stock tire sizes. Thanks for the replies
