Go to tirerack.com and look the "shop by tire size" menu.

What are your wants/needs and usage envelope? You might be better off with 225/50-16 sizing, as selection is GREATLY diminished in 245/45-16.

If you need all-season capability, there aren't any that I'm aware of in 245/45-16.

If you're really considering Michelin Pilot Sport Cups (the only Michelins in 245/45-16), which are DOT competition tires, there are cheaper alternatives:
Kumho Victoracer V700
BFG R1
Hoosier R6
Toyo Ra1
Toyo R888

I've got ZRi's in 255 width at the moment, and my tires are the one and only weak link in my whole set up whatever you do, don't go with the ES100 or the ZRI. The ZRI's held up for me in the twisties just fine on my AWD car, but also were the only tire I ever ran that was able to chirp + spin at all 4 corners. The ES100's were no good to me, as I was spinning those left and right in my FWD car when throttling in turns - and those were 235's... If you're actually gonna have some fun in the turns and want some cornering ability - don't cheap out. I run the ZRI's on my daily wheels, and freakin HATE them, if I try to take a turn at speed before really warming them up (even in non-winter temps outside) all I get is slide. You have no idea how unhappy it is to drive the S2000 with suspension all dialed in, but unable to take turns without spinning out due to poor tire choice
