Default Adding spacers on Volk's Racing

So I have a pair of authentic CE28 17x9 et63 sitting in the rear
I originally got this offset because I would like to keep the stock setting but eventually got bored of it
I wanted the rears to sit parallel to the fenders (I have rolled my fenders already) so I'm contemplating on a set of 20mm spacers (So I'm guessing that would be like an equivalent of having an offset of -43?)

Anyways, a few questions before I dump out money:
1) I'm thinking about going with the h&r (since everyone seems to praise it), but they have a few kinds: DR, DRS, DRA, DRM... Which one am I suppose to be looking at?
2) People kept talking about having cut outs in the rim or else the rim will hit the nut? I'm not too sure about this so someone would have to educate me on this and whether the CE28 will meet this requirement of the cut out thingy
3) Anything else I need to be aware of?

Look here for some info (i.e. cut outs, etc...).

I actually looked at that thread already
Well that's where I got the whole bolt-on and cut-out info I'm asking about here

My car is not with me at this moment, so I can't just take the wheels off and check about the cut-out so I wish to know if someone might know about this

Pic from google, if it's anything like this pic, you would need to go with extended studs. Best to check your own wheels.

There's an application guide on the H&R website, from the description probably the DRS series.

You want the DRM's. 20mm won't fit with those wheels. They'll hit the back of the hub and not bolt flush. You'll need to get 25mm ones.
I ran into the same problem with my work wheels when I did my over fenders and wanted to push the wheels out.
I no longer have my works now and I have the spacers sitting around if you're interested. I used them for maybe 1,000miles.

Just making sure, if I do buy spacers for the rears, the bore length should be 64.1?

Correct. Front is 70.1.

Be aware that installing the extended studs requires replacing the wheel bearing, so it's a very expensive task. You may also need open lug nuts if you don't have them already. Extended studs are the safest way to do spacers, though.
