Default Advice on fitment

Hey fellow s2ki members! So I have some new Volks Te37s 17x8 +33 and 17x9+22 with Potenza S-03 tires at 225/40/17, 255/40/17. I like running 255 in the back with 17x9 thats why I'm using this set up.

Question is what kind of suspension spec would I need to fit the aggressive fitment? I'm currently -2.5 in the rear camber and -1.5 in the front camber. What adjustments would I need? Maybe a toe adjustment? Also I know I need to roll fender and relocate tab, just want to be right the first time on the suspension.

Any help will be great, thanks!!

More than just suspension and a roll...you need to cut your rear fender, spot weld, and put on overfenders. Probably need wide front fenders too, or at least a full fender pull, although 225s aren't that bad.

Just sell them and buy wheels that fit. You're better off in the long run doing that than mutilating your car.

Wow, +22 I have to really get over fenders? Damn I might reconsider some other wheels then. Even a max negative camber won't do well?

I might if I really have to cut my fenders.

Wondering if anyone ran +22 without cutting fenders??

Ive seen people pull off way more aggressive rims with an aggressive pull.... You will need to repaint the area and run A LOT of camber to run 255s With those offsets... Many people do run overfenders with those kind of offsets

You gotta do some research and you'll find people running 9 +22 in the back and also many people run 8+35 in the front

^ With 255s? It is usually more like 235s. I mean, I am not saying they CAN'T be fit, I am just saying that it is difficult to fit them to the point it really degrades performance. If he wants to look good, then yes it probably could be done on stock fenders, but the handling and tire life will be worse. Acceleration probably too, if he has to run narrower than 245 in the rear.

Thanks Mar48 for the info!

But yeah I've been searching all over s2ki for some info, from wheel to suspension thread. Might have to check nwp.

I will say, I think 17 x 9 +45 fits about perfectly flush with our rear fenders yet does require rolling and some camber to fit a 255 without rubbing. So if you think about pushing this out 23 more mm...
